Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Carrot (sliced)
  • 1 Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Onions (sliced)
  • 1/2 Cup Cucumber (sliced)
  • 1 Green chilli
  • 1 Tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/5 Tbsp Salt
  • Coriander leaves and Mint Leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 Cup Cabbage (sliced)
  • 1/4 Cup Beetroot (sliced)
  • 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 pinch yellow mustard powder

Instructions

firstly, wash all the veggies with fresh water. Peel all the veggies and chopped them into thinly sliced pieces. Now, take a bowl, add all the ingredients to the bowl and toss them well. Add mustard powder to all the veggies. Garnish the vegetable salad with sesame seeds. Serve vegetable salad immediately with any meal.
