Ingredients

  • Bread (Whole Grain) - 4 slices
  • Carrots - 1/4 cup (grated)
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Sweet Corn - 1/4 Cup
  • Onions - 1/3 Cup, chopped
  • Tomatoes - 1/3 cup, chopped
  • Other Ingredients:
  • 1 Garlic chopped
  • 1 green chili - chopped
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 herbs
  • coriander leaves
  • 6 bread - sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 to 1 cup grated Mozerella cheese

Instructions

  • Firstly, apply butter on both sides of the bread.
  • Add green chutney on one side of bread.
  • Add some potato slices over the chutney side.
  • Now add some capsicum slices over the potato slices.
  • Place the other bread slices over the toppings.
  • Arrange some cucumber and tomato slices over the second bread slices.
  • Sprinkle some salt and red chilli powder.
  • Now add another layer of onion rings or slices. Add half cup of cheese slices all over on the toppings.
  • Cover it with another slice of bread. Press lightly.
  • Now, preheat the sandwich griller. Grease it with a little amount of butter. 
  • Add sandwich on the griller and grill it up to 5 minutes till it turns to golden brown colour. 
  • Take off the sandwich from griller.
  • Cut it into two triangular shaped pieces by using a sharp knife.
  • Serve this yummy grilled cheese sandwich with tomato ketchup and coriander chutney.
