Matar Paneer Recipe is a delicious creamy recipe and is quite popular all over India. It is riched with cream, Paneer (cheese) and green peas. In addition to this, Mutter Paneer is often counted as a North Indian Recipe as it is mainly eaten in Punjab, Haryana And Uttar Pradesh. It is generally made during Winter season. This exotic curry can be simply made by Onion and Tomato sauce and some Indian spices. Cashews are also added to the curry to give it a rich, smooth flavour.
Furthermore, To make a curry, firstly, we need to fry onions along with tomatoes, cloves and ginger garlic paste. After that, saute for 2 minutes till all the onions turn to golden brown colour and tomatoes become soft and mashy.
After this, we required to blend this mixture to form a smooth paste. Lastly, we need to fry this onion tomato paste with all the Indian spices such as a bay leaf, jeera, mustard seeds, cloves, cinnamon etc.
