Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal | Breakfast Recipes

Is apple and cinnamon oatmeal good for you? Is it OK to eat oatmeal everyday? It is one of the best healthy breakfast recipes that can have daily.

Take an apple and curl

Chop into smaller pieces

Add 1 cup of water into a pan

Add quarter cup of apple juice

Add the above chopped apple

[Bring the mixture to boil]

Add 2/3 cup of oats

1 tbsp of cinnamon

add-two-third-cup-of-oats

Stir it continuously – It keep the oat meal from sticking to the pan

[Cook for 3 minutes]

Serve with fresh fruits and milk
